1. what credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA, Master Card and JCB Card. Payments will appear on your credit card statement under our holding company name: GLAD Enterprises Co. Ltd.

2. is there any fee using directgolfing.com service?

No. There is no charge to use directgolfing.com for reserving hotels and, in fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our special rates.

3. is online booking secure?

Yes with our web site. You can enter your credit card information with confidence. Data is sent via https (hypertext transfer protocol secure) instead of being sent via http (hypertext transfer protocol). 'Https' is the industry standard for secure Internet data transmission.

4. what security measures do you use to ensure credit card security?

We take the issue of security to heart. Our internal system is both physically and electronically secure. If you have a browser with built in security (such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer), the communication from your keyboard to the secure server is encrypted and secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information is removed from internet-connected computers every 24 hours, and is then managed on an externally inaccessible secure network. We also have a security guarantee to protect you.

5. when do I need to pay for my golf break and accommodation?

A deposit is required as soon a you confirm the booking. The remaining payment is required before the due date indicated in the Email we send you – this is normally at least 30 days before the golf break takes place. Full payment is required immediately if your booking is within 30 days prior to your golf break and check-in date. Our discounted rates are based on this prepayment. Please note these terms are subject to individual venue’s own terms and conditions.

6. when will I be charged?

You will be charged only when we have confirmed your reservation and you have sent us your credit card details. When the booking is made within 30 days of the check-in date, your credit card payment will be processed as soon as the golf venue / hotel has confirmed availability

7. can you send me a separate invoice for my booking?

Yes. We will be pleased to send a printed invoice on company headed paper if requested.
